Over my dad body – 1 year later

One year ago today I decided to do something about my weight. I wasn’t overweight, but I was getting there. I was pretty sure I didn’t want to do somekind of crazy new years resolution with training I wouldn’t get around to do or diets I would forget about on day three. Instead I added my health to my ongoing daily personal development and just put in a little thought about how I take care of myself on a day to day basis. This approach seemed succesful, and I will keep on holding myself accountable for how I treat myself. As any techgeek knows, you can’t have a project be it personal or professional without a url.
