For Øster Gasværk Teater’s production of DE VILDE KANINER, we collaborated with their team to streamline the audition process using AuditionFlow, a platform designed to simplify casting management. Our role involved ensuring the theatre could focus on artistic decisions without being bogged down by administrative tasks.

Through AuditionFlow, we efficiently handled all aspects of the audition process — from registration and scheduling to participant communication and follow-ups. Key to this project was providing robust support to participants, ensuring they felt informed and at ease before, during, and after their auditions.

This work highlights the ability to bridge technological solutions with creative processes, enabling smoother workflows and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
